Kintech Lab took part in the XVII International Conference on Chemical Thermodynamics in Russia

Kintech Lab took part in the XVII International Conference on Chemical Thermodynamics in Russia RССТ 2009. The conference was organized by Kazan State Technological University (http://www.kstu.ru/) (KSTU), was held in Kazan June 29 – July 3, 2009, and gathered more than 300 participants.

Subject matter of this conference is closely associated with one of Kintech Lab work area – modeling of technological processes including up-to-date methods and approaches of chemical thermodynamics. Examples of fulfilled projects, developed integrated software and information systems for predictive modeling of the properties of new materials and processes were presented on the booth. Booth’s customers had an opportunity to see all software products developed by Kintech Lab and experience of using them in contract research. Opportunity to use software for training in different thermodynamic, chemical and technological fields aroused peculiar interest.

Besides exhibition company was presented by two reports:

- Software tool for optimization of metallurgical silicon purification processes for solar cells applications

- Generation of recommended reference tables of thermodynamic properties of substances on the basis of quantum chemical computations with use of software package "Khimera"

These reports presented developed in Kintech Lab software Gefest-K and Khimera.
