On June 8, 2010, Kintech Lab, Ltd. held a seminar in Russian leading manufacturer of jet engines “NPO “Saturn”, placed in Rybinsk.

The seminar was devoted to the multi-scale predictive modeling of the combustion chambers of jet engines and power plants based on the detailed kinetic mechanisms of the combustion of the real fuels. The main software products of Kintech Lab, Ltd. were introduced as tools to implement this modeling approach. Several examples were provide to show that application of this approach in conjunction with the high-performance-computing systems allows to significantly reduce the time-frame and resources to introduce a new effective low-emission jet engines/power plants to the global market.
