Thermodynamic Models

Collection of models for calculation of the thermodynamic and transport properties of equilibrium heterogeneous multicomponent system.

Thermodynamic models are widely used for analysis of complex high-temperature systems in chemistry, metallurgy, gas-dynamics, chemical technology, geochemistry, etc.

Thermodynamics Equilibrium Reactor

Thermodynamics Equilibrium Reactor (TER) is designed for calculating the chemical equilibrium, thermodynamics (temperature, pressure, volume, enthalpy, entropy, internal energy) and transport (viscosity, thermal conductivity) properties of homogeneous or heterogeneous systems. The models allow computing of the equilibrium and frozen values of heat capacity, speed of sound, adiabatic exponent for the gas mixture. It is also possible to use truncated virial equation of state for themodynamic analysis of high-pressure systems (up to 5-6 kbar). The models provide possibility to perform calculation of themodymanic properties with frozen composition (partialy nonequilibrium or full nonequilibrium assumptions).

Stoichiometric Thermodynamically Equilibrium Reactor

Stoichiometric Thermodynamically Equilibrium Reactor (STR) is designed for calculating the chemical equilibrium of a multicomponent heterogeneous system for a given set of chemical reaction equations.
